Research shows that the outcome of an online Psychotherapy is as good as the face-to-face one.
I have been working online since the beginning of Covid pandemic, to ensure safety of all my clients while I offer support that they need. So far, it has also been very helpful to those clients who struggle with time or live in remote areas, as they can access psychotherapy from anywhere: their home, hotel or office and thus reduce travel spending and time.
Clients with disabilities can easily access online therapy, while parents are able to easily organize their daily schedules and child care, at their own convenience. I use Zoom to secure maximum confidentiality and a safe online space.
